Short talks. Real experience. Collective impact.
This International Women’s Day, Realise Business invites you to be part of IWD 2026: The #GiveToGain Exchange at Realise Business.
The #GiveToGain Exchange is a full day of short, practical, women-led talks designed to celebrate shared knowledge, lived experience, and collective impact.
On Friday 13 March, we’ll host 20 back-to-back 15-minute talks, delivered by women from across the small business ecosystem. Each speaker will share something they believe could genuinely help another woman gain — whether that’s confidence, clarity, skills, momentum, or a new way of thinking.
The format is intentionally informal and flexible. You can attend the full day or drop in and out for the sessions that matter most to you.
